• The South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />Special Meeting February 23, 1998 <br />d. Authority approval requested for authorization and direction to Norwest <br />Bank, Indiana, N.A. for investment of bond funds for `College Hall of Fame' <br />Project and `Century Center' Project. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Norwest Bank has sent a letter seeking the <br />Authority's approval. to invest funds for the Hall of Fame Project and Century <br />Center Project in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Ladewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the authorization of Norwest Bank <br />to direct the investment of the bond funds. <br />e. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 122 accepting the <br />transfer of real property from the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br />Resolution No. 122 accepts the transfer of a strip of land thirty-six feet wide <br />behind the Morris Performing Arts Center from the Redevelopment <br />• Commission to the Redevelopment Authority. This is one piece of property that <br />needs to be transferred to the Authority so that the Authority owns all the land <br />where the Performing Arts Center will be built. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Ladewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 122. <br />f. • Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 123 accepting the transfer <br />of real property from the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No.123 accepts the transfer of the Morris <br />Civic Auditorium from the City of South Bend. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Ladewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No, .123. <br />5.
