Utility Coordination: <br />1. Existing underground utilities will be located as marked by Indiana Underground Plant <br />Protection Service (IUPPS). <br />2. A utility investigation will be performed to locate and identify private utilities that are not <br />identified by IUPPS. <br />3. Coordinate with utility companies onsite to terminate services and prepare them for <br />removal within the boundary of the site. <br />4. Utility potholing is not anticipated with this project. <br /> <br /> <br />E. Project Design: <br />1. Demolition Plans <br />a. Prepare plans to remove all existing features and materials associated with <br />building. Removals will include the buildings, underground utilities, pavements and <br />curbs, light poles and foundations. <br />b. Prepare grading restoration plan. <br />c. Evaluate previously completed 10% plans and utility routing and phasing. <br />i. Revise routing of sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer to determine <br />feasibility of revised sequence of phasing to develop the area beginning on <br />the east side prior to proceeding toward the west. <br />2. Plan Development <br />a. Submit 60% Plans and Construction Cost Estimate for review <br />b. Submit 90% Plans and Bid Documents and Construction Cost Estimate for review <br />c. Submit Final Plans and Bid Documents for bidding purposes e <br /> <br /> <br />F. Construction Administration: <br />1. Attendance will be required at the pre-construction meeting. <br />2. All shop drawing submittals will be reviewed for compliance with the plans and <br />specifications. <br />3. Site visits and discussions with the City and Contractor will be performed as requested <br />during construction. <br />4. Review RFI’s submitted by Contractor. <br /> <br /> <br />G.
