Sharpe <br />to zone from "B" Residential, "A" Height and Area to "C" Commercial, <br />"E" Height and Area, property located at 1022 - Georgiana Street, <br />City of South Bend <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached rezoning petition of James W. Sharpe was legally advertised on <br />November 8, 1980. The Area Plan Commission gave it a public hearing on <br />November 18, .1980, at which time the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Joseph Serge, being seconded by Dean Speicher, <br />and carried, the proposed ordinance and site development plan <br />of James W. Sharpe to zone from "B" Residential, "A" Height and <br />Area to "C" Commercial, "E" Height and Area, property located at <br />1022 Georgiana Street is sent to the Common Council with a <br />favorable recommendation subject to a final site plan. <br />PLEASE NOTE that the attached ordinance contains a change in the proposed <br />height and area classification from "A" Height and Area to "E" Height and <br />Area by request of the petitioner. This amended ordinance was the ordinance <br />legally advertised and heard by the Area Plan Commission. <br />The above recommendation is made subject to a final site plan and the pre- <br />liminary site plan is attached hereto, <br />The deliberations of the Area Plan Commi.ssi.on and points considered in arriving <br />at the above decision are shown in the minutes of the public hearing, and will <br />be forwarded to you at a later date to be made a part of this report.
