ORDINANCE NO.��g�-� <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $16,000.00 FROM THE <br />CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO <br />PROJECT R &S 70, MIAMI STREET, KERN TO JACKSON, <br />WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. <br />In order to meet existing and proposed traffic demands, to <br />provide safe and efficient movement of vehicles, and to provide positive <br />control of storm drainage, certain improvements have been proposed for <br />the Miami Street Widening Project. <br />Additional funds are now needed to pay the cost of engineering of <br />the sewer improvements. These funds are available from the Cumulative <br />Sewer Building and Sinking Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and <br />ordered set apart out of the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for <br />the project in the amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
