Installation Application Notice
DBA: RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN OF INDIANA, OHIO & TENNESSEE
Legal Name: Windows, LLC
1320 City Center Dr. Suite 350 | Carmel, IN 46032
Phone: (317) 428-2054 | Fax: (null) | info@windowsbyrba.com
Marlene Nowak
1709 Wayne Street
South Bend, IN 46615
Year Built: 1927

SIGNATURE OF SALES PERSON:
PRINT NAME OF SALES PERSON
Nicholas Ritchie
SIGNATURE OF CUSTOMER 1:
PRINT NAME
Marlene Nowak
SIGNATURE OF CUSTOMER 2:
PRINT NAME
02/02/25 Page 22 / 35
Every home can have a different rough opening, depending on how it was framed and
the size of the original door. When purchasing an Andersen patio door, you will
receive a custom installation. This may require us to build in or build down the rough
opening in order create a rough opening that will allow us to properly shim, insulate,
level, plumb, and square the new door for proper operation.
• Once we properly frame and prepare the opening, we install the new patio door. The
new interior and exterior trim will vary depending on the level of modification we had
to do. Most of the time, a wider, but similar style, interior casing will be used to make
up the difference. Other times, we can use the same size casing you currently have
but install a small trim piece to make sure we cover the door frame and meet the old
paint lines.
• The exterior of our doors are almost always trimmed with our color matched, enamel
baked aluminum trim coil, which we custom form right on the job site. This trim
makes up any difference between the new door frame and the exterior of your home.
Usually when we are done, the new exterior trim looks like part of the door itself.
• We make every effort to utilize a standard size door whenever possible. This saves
both time and money and does not compromise quality or performance in any way.
Further Questions:
• If you have any further questions regarding the Installation Application of your new
windows or doors, please ask your Sales Representative or your Order Verification
Specialist at the time of your remeasure for further clarification.
