Please sign it and return it to my <br />attention. The City Attorney's office will begin preparing the appropriate Quit Claim Deed for this <br />property for your signature. <br />Please submit a check to the Board of Public Works, made payable to the City of South Bend, <br />in the amount of $328.37 which is $250.00 for the property plus $30.00 in filing fees required of the <br />Auditor's Office and the Recorder's Office for the recording of the Quit Claim Deed for the property, <br />and $48.37 for the cost of advertising. Once the payment has been returned to me, the Quit Claim <br />Deed and Purchase Agreement will be processed for this property.
