The draft version of the CAPER will be available to the public for review and written comment from March 3 through March 17, 2025 at the following locations: all branches of the St.Joseph County and Mishawaka Public Libraries;the Walkerton Public Library, and New Carlisle/Olive Township Public Library; the City of Mishawaka Planning Department office;the City of South Bend Department of Community Investment Neighborhoods office;and the City of South Bend City Clerk's office.The draft version of the CAPER will also be available online at www.southbendin.gov. Notice of the draft CAPER'S availability to the public will be published in the South Bend Tribune, the local paper of highest circulation, and at El Puente's website.
