• South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />Special Meeting -July 19, 1995 <br />3. NEW BUSINESS (Cont...) <br />c. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 99 approving the <br />transfer of real property to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use and <br />benefit of its Department of Redevelopment. (Peterson Engineering) <br />d. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 100 approving the <br />transfer of real property to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use <br />and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment. (Sullivan Advertising) <br />Mr. Riggs explained that Resolution No. 100 be transferred to Redevelopment <br />Commission. Proposal was submitted to purchase property in the Blackthorn <br />Corporate Fark. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />• unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 100 approving <br />the transfer of real property to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use <br />and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment. (Sullivan Advertising) <br />e. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 101 approving the <br />transfer of real property to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use <br />and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment. (516 S. St. Joseph) <br />Mr. Riggs explained that the Redevelopment Commission has been trying for <br />some time to sell property in the Monroe Park area for rehabilitation and <br />reuse. An individual has submitted a proposal to purchase and rehab the <br />property. Resolution No. 101 transfers the property to the Redevelopment <br />Commission for this purpose. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 101 approving <br />the transfer of real property to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use <br />and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment.
