Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 99 approving the transfer of real property to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment. (Peterson Engineering) d. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 100 approving the transfer of real property to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment. (Sullivan Advertising) Mr. Riggs explained that Resolution No. 100 be transferred to Redevelopment Commission. Proposal was submitted to purchase property in the Blackthorn Corporate Fark. Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and • unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 100 approving the transfer of real property to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 101 approving the transfer of real property to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment. (516 S. St. Joseph) Mr. Riggs explained that the Redevelopment Commission has been trying for some time to sell property in the Monroe Park area for rehabilitation and reuse. An individual has submitted a proposal to purchase and rehab the property. Resolution No. 101 transfers the property to the Redevelopment Commission for this purpose. Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 101 approving the transfer of real property to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment.
