Basic KPIs1
1 Omni antenna @ 6-feet 13 RSSI, RSRP, RSRQ
2 Omni antenna @ 20-feet 13 RSSI, RSRP, RSRQ
3 Directional antenna @ 20-feet When needed. RSSI, RSRP, RSRQ
1 Cellular signal field tests will report RSRP, RSSI, RSRQ for all major carriers (AT&T,
Verizon, and T-Mobile)
The Engineer’s LinQ device is capable of providing additional other information related to each carrier.
The following is a full list of measurements the Engineer can collect and provide. If any of the listed KPIs
are needed by the Owner, the Engineer shall be notified in advance:
1. Technology type:
a. 5G: RSSI, RSRP, RSRQ
b. 4G/LTE: RSSI, RSRP, RSRQ
2. 5G and LTE Bands and Downlink Frequencies
3. Mobile Country Code (MCC), Mobile Network Code (MNC), Location area Code
(LAC)/Tracking Area Code (TAC)
4. Location of closest tower per carrier/band/frequency
5. Physical Cell ID (PCID)

The Engineer shall prepare a Cell Measurement Report (the “Report”), including a detailed summary
report per site (not to exceed one page per site) summarizing captured KPIs as requested and confirmed by
the Owner. The Engineer shall furnish one electronic review copy of the Report and any other deliverables
to the Owner for review. Within 14 calendar days of receipt, Owner shall submit to Engineer comments
regarding the Report and any other deliverables.

The Engineer shall revise the Report in response to the Owner’s comments, as appropriate, and furnish one
electronic copy of the revised Report within 14 calendar days of receipt of Owner’s comments.
Task 104 – Radio Frequency (RF) Desktop Design
The Engineer shall conduct an RF desktop study to depict the radio coverages of all MAS radio and
repeater sites as part of the communication study. The study shall consider the following sites: County-
City Building, Administration Building, and Poppy Road. The purpose of this study is to provide the
Owner an insight of the existing 900 MHz coverage for future network scalability. Moreover, the coverage
plans will be able to identify any gaps in the coverage.

The Engineer shall provide an RF Desktop Design including RSRP and other coverage files to the Owner
in KMZ format for visualization over Google Earth to highlight the signal levels across all lift stations.

The Engineer shall prepare a RF Report, including signal levels across all lift stations and identification of
potential interferences with recommended approaches for mitigation. The Engineer shall furnish one
