Resolution <br />No. 97 transfers the land and all obligations related to it to the Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 97 approving the <br />transfer of real property to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use and <br />benefit of its Department of Redevelopment. <br />b. Authority approval requested for Affidavit of Project Completion for <br />Airport Taxable. Public Improvement Project. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that item 6. b. and 6. c. are related to the two bond <br />issues sold for the Airport Taxable and 'Pax-Exempt Public Improvement <br />• Projects. The project is complete and the bond proceeds are spent. We need <br />to provide the Affidavits of Project Completion for each bond to the bond <br />trustee. That step triggers the requirement for an audit of each project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the. Affidavit of Project <br />Completion for the Airport Taxable Public Improvement Project. <br />c. Authority approval requested for Affidavit of Project Completion for <br />Airport Tax-Exempt Public Improvement Project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Wroblewski, seconded by Mr. Gammage and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Affidavit of Project <br />Completion for the Airport Tax-Exempt Public Improvement Project. <br />4.
