Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Joseph Wroblewski South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />President <br />The May 24, 1995 Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at <br />4:35 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre B. Gammage, Vice-President <br />Members Absent: Ms. Mary O. Ferlic, Secretary <br />Legal Counsel: Ms. Jenny Pitts Manier <br /> <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Recording Secretary <br />Mr. James Riggs, Economic Development Specialist <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINiJTES <br />a. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Friday, May 12, 1995. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Special <br />Meeting of Friday, May 12, 1995. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 97 approving the transfer <br />of real property to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use and <br />benefit of its Department of Redevelopment. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that previously the Airport Authority conveyed a 15- <br />acre parcel o land to the Redevelopment Authority. The staff was under the <br />impression that the Commission owned the land, so the Commission put the <br />parcel up for public bid with all of its other Blackthorn property.
