Owner further agrees that any <br />deeds, contract, or other <br />instrwnents of conveyance made by Owner, its successors or assigns <br />shall contain the waiver and release provisions contained herein, <br />which provisions shall run with the land. <br />The delivery of any instrument of conveyance fromthe <br />owner <br />to <br />any successor, grantee, vendee or contract contract purchaser <br />all <br />be made subject to the terms of thiscontract <br />and the the acceptance of <br />acceptance such instrument shall constitute an <br />provisions by said grantee, vendee, or contract purchaser and their <br />successors in title. <br />ST.
