Strycker, Y.S.B. e��10` r- <br />Re: Department of Health & Human Services <br />Funding Increase <br />Date: January 21, 1981 <br />_2,222 lincolnway West <br />South Bend, Indiana 46628 <br />219/284 -9231 <br />Due to the closing of two runaway shelters within Region V of the Department <br />of Health and Human Services, the appropriation for the South Bend Youth Service <br />Bureau Runaway Shelter has been increased by $3,550.00 from $52,500.00 to $56,050. <br />This increase is for grant year 1980 -81 only. <br />According to supplemental grant guidelines $2,775.00 must go for training <br />activities. The remaining $775.00 must be used as a cost of living adjustment <br />allowance. Therefore, I am requesting that Instruction be increased by $2,775.00 <br />and that Personnel be increased by $775.00 in accordance with federal guidelines. <br />Thank you. <br />BCS /jmr <br />
