ORDINANCE NO. 1oRRb -89 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $3,550.00 FROM THE DEPARTMENT <br />OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FOR TRAINING AND TECHNICAL <br />ASSISTANCE AND COST OF LIVING SUPPLEMENT TO BE ADMINIS- <br />TERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS YOUTH SERVICE <br />BUREAU DURING THE PERIOD JULY 1, 1980 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1981. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In that additional funding is needed for the Youth <br />Service Bureau for training and technical assistance and for the <br />purpose of defraying expenses for the fiscal year beginning <br />July 1, 1980 and in that the City has obtained monies from the <br />Department of Health and Human Services to fund these activities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $3,550.00 is hereby appropri- <br />ated from the Youth Service Bureau Fund.
