Leszczynski <br />Director, Public Works Division of (219) 284 -9251 <br />Engineering <br />June 7, 1982 <br />Members of the Common Council <br />4th Floor, County -City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Attention: Public Works Committee <br />Dear Councilmen: <br />The attached is an ordinance requesting an appropriation of $100,000.00 <br />from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund to be used for the <br />installation of storm sewers on Ardmore Trail. The balance in this fund <br />after this appropriation is $1,902,117.63. <br />As a result of the widening of Ardmore Trail from Sheridan to Kentucky <br />and the construction of curbs along the south side of this roadway it is <br />necessary to install storm sewers to provide for proper drainage along <br />Ardmore Trail. <br />Should you have any questions regarding this proposed ordinance, please <br />contact me at your earliest convenience. <br />Very truly yours, <br />John E.
