ORDINANCE NO. 7069 -82 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $100,000.00 FROM THE <br />CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO <br />PROJECT CS 819, ARDMORE TRAIL STORM SEWERS PROJECT, <br />WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />As a result of the widening of Ardmore Trail and the installation <br />of curbs on the south side of this street it is necessary to install <br />storm sewers to provide proper drainage along this roadway. <br />Funds are now needed for the cost of engineering and construc- <br />tion of this improvement. These funds are available from the Cumulative <br />Sewer Building and Sinking Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br />and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund <br />for the project in the amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
