ORDINANCE NO. 7066 -82 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE <br />SEWER REPAIR FUND TO CERTAIN LINE ITEMS <br />WITHIN THE SEWER REPAIR INSPECTORS BUDGET <br />OF THE SEWER REPAIR FUND <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />The Sewer Repair Program now requires full time inspection and <br />supervision. This appropriation will provide funding for an inspector's <br />position, part -time clerical help, supplies, equipment, and other associated <br />costs. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $12,765.00 is hereby appropriated from the <br />Sewer Repair Fund to the following line items: <br />110 <br />Salaries & Wages, Regular <br />$5,062.00 <br />120 <br />Salaries & Wages, Temporary <br />1,978.00 <br />147 <br />Group Insurance <br />381.00 <br />148 <br />Social Security <br />490.00 <br />148.1 <br />P.E.R.F. <br />304.00 <br />210.2 <br />Other Office Supplies <br />150.00 <br />222 <br />Gasoline <br />400.00 <br />427 <br />Motor Equipment <br />4,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
