PARENT, Mayor <br />COUNTY -CITY BUILDING <br />the Common Council <br />County -City Building <br />Indiana 46601 <br />Dear Council Members: <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 46601 <br />July 7, 1982 <br />AREA 219 284 -9261 <br />Attached for your consideration is a bill which amends portions <br />of Chapter 2 of the South Bend Municipal Code, in particular, <br />articles which describe the structure and administration of city de- <br />partments, boards and commissions. <br />This bill is similar to the draft provided to you May 11, 1982 <br />for your review, comments and suggestions.
