Section 2 -162. Parking garages fund. <br />A parking facility fund is created for purposes permitted <br />under I.C. 36- 9- 11 -19. It shall be funded and operated in accordance <br />with statutory requirements. <br />Section 2 -163. Petty Cash Fund. <br />A petty cash fund is established, to be administered by the <br />Controller and to be funded and maintained at a maximum amount of <br />Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00). It shall be <br />operated and administered as required by I.C. 36- 1 -8 -3. <br />Section 2 -164. Railroad relocation and reconstruction fund. <br />A railroad relocation and reconstruction fund is created to <br />pay the City's portion of the total cost of grade separation <br />improvement, pursuant to I.C. 8- 6 -2.1. Any monies remaining in the <br />track elevation fund shall be transferred into this fund and remain <br />available for the purposes so dedicated. <br />Section 2 -165. South Bend Regional Police Academy Fund. <br />(a) The South Bend Regional Police Academy Fund is <br />established to collect monies received for training programs. <br />(b) Funds may be expended from the South Bend Regional <br />Police Academy Fund for training supplies and equipment necessary to <br />maintain the training programs. <br />Section 2 -166. Special Events Fund. <br />A special events fund is established to be used to receive <br />monies and to pay expenses related to the operation of special events <br />sponsored or organized by the City, including but not limited to the <br />Ethnic Festival, the Winter Celebration, and the World's Largest <br />Garage Sale. Monies remaining in the fund at the end of the fiscal <br />year shall not revert to the general fund. Any monies remaining in <br />the Ethnic Festival Fund shall be transferred into this fund and <br />remain available for the purposes so dedicated. <br />Section 2 -167 to 2 -170. Reserved. <br />SECTION X. Chapter 2, Article 15 of the South Bend <br />Municipal Code is deleted in its entirety and reserved for future <br />use. <br />SECTION XI. Section 20 -26 of the South Bend Municipal Code <br />is deleted in its entirety and reserved for future use. <br />SECTION XII.
