a • <br />Breckinridge County Schools • s ," • CMTA <br />Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract ea..* <br />Annual Reconciliation Report (2023-2024) 00 <br />E1: Lighting Retrofits and Replacements <br />This ECM involved retrofitting fluorescent and incandescent lamps and ballasts with LED lamps and <br />drivers; replacing high bay, metal halide, high-pressure sodium, low-pressure sodium, and mercury vapor <br />fixtures with LED fixtures; retrofitting exit signs with new LED exit signs; replacing broken lenses; and <br />replacing exterior lighting with LED fixtures and lamps. <br />Facilities: Breckinridge County High School, Breckinridge County Middle School, Custer Elementary <br />School, Ben Johnson Elementary, District Office, Annex Building <br />E2: Electrical Power Refeed <br />The existing electrical account serving the Football field lights and Fieldhouse building was closed and <br />power was refed from Breckinridge County Middle School. The electrical demand charges and monthly <br />account fees previously billed on the football lighting account were eliminated in this change. <br />Facilities: Breckinridge County Middle School <br />E3: Solar PV Array Installation <br />This ECM involved installing new roof -mounted photovoltaic solar panels.
