ORDINANCE NO. 70 99 -1? <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM <br />VARIOUS ACCOUNTS TO THE OTHER EQUIPMENT <br />ACCOUNT WITHIN THE MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM <br />BUDGET. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Since the Board of Managers of Century Center wants to replace <br />the rigging equipments in the Morris Civic Auditorium, and since there <br />are monies available in various accounts within the Morris Civic budget <br />which are not needed, transfers among accounts are needed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the following accounts with the Morris Civic <br />Auditorium be adjusted as described below: <br />Increase the following account: <br />429.0 Other Equipment <br />Reduce the following accounts: <br />110.0 Salaries & Wages, Reg. <br />147.0 Group Insurance <br />148.0 Social Security <br />148.1 PERF <br />$22,000.00 <br />$19,500.00 <br />800.00 <br />1,050.00 <br />650.00 <br />Total $22,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
