We'd like authorization again for publication dates on September 16 and <br />September 23 with receipt of bids to be October 4, 1994. <br />The golf course equipment that is being bid is a turf utility vehicle that was <br />not awarded when the Board of Public Works took bids. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Ferlic, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority authorized publication of Notice to Bidders for <br />miscellaneous golf course equipment. <br />d. Authority approval requested for Contract with Alan Ritchie/David Fiore <br />Architects. (Century Center) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Alan Ritchie/David Fiore Architects is the principle <br />architect for the Century Center improvements to be done with bond funds. <br />• The fee for their basic services is an amount not to exceed $51,000. That fee <br />includes some trips to South Bend to meet with Century Center staff and <br />reimbursables not to exceed $15,675 after June 1. Mathews, Purucker, Anella <br />is the local architect on the project. Alan Ritchie was with Johnson Burgee at <br />the time they designed the original Century Center. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Ferlic, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Contract with Alan Ritchie/David Fiore <br />Architects. <br />4. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Claims submitted for payment 6 September 1994: <br />1993 AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA TAXABLE REFUNDING <br />CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />Pitcock Design Group $4,358.00 <br /> <br />
