It is necessary to <br />provide proper drainage of the swale and to construct pipe and culvert <br />improvements to relieve the drainage problems that exist within this sub- <br />division. The balance in the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund <br />after this appropriation is approved is $2,042,117.63. <br />Your favorable consideration on this ordinance is requested.
