En- <br />closed are my recommendations to the Boards on which these awards <br />were based. I'm requesting your confirmation of those resulting <br />contracts, as required by ordinance, so that the equipment may be <br />ordered and placed in service as soon as possible. <br />These purchases were anticipated in the 1982 budget as reviewed <br />and passed by the Common Council. Therefore, funding has been pre- <br />viously provided for through these budget appropriations. Thank <br />you for your attention to this matter.
