Builder's Risk or equivalent Property Insurance is not included in the Guaranteed Maximum Price. <br />This changes Agreement Exhibit B - Insurance and Bonds. The Owner shall provide the required <br />property insurance noted in section B.2.3 of Agreement Exhibit B. <br />20. Replacement of existing vehicular traffic site concrete and asphalt paving not shown to be <br />replaced on the plans is not included. Existing vehicular traffic site concrete and asphalt paving <br />that forms additional cracks or deformations due to traffic from rubber tire or rubber track <br />construction equipment movements shall not be considered damaged. <br />21. The only warranty provided for the fluid -applied membrane waterproofing system at the Events <br />Building roof after the 1-year general warranty period is the standard waterproofing <br />manufacturer's warranty. This manufacturer's warranty is not specifically required by the <br />specification to include removal and replacement of the concrete topping slab and insulation <br />above the waterproofing if necessary to investigate or repair the waterproofing membrane <br />underneath. <br />22. Final cleaning is not included in the Guaranteed Maximum Price. Cleaning responsibilities <br />between the Owner and the construction crews are noted in spec section 01 74 00. <br />23. Changes in Upper Deck ASIs 1-5 to the bid packages included in Early Release Work <br />Authorization 1 are not included in the Guaranteed Maximum Price. These changes are expected <br />to be funded from Design/Owner Contingency after approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price <br />24. The following cost control changes to work includes Early Release Work Authorizations 1 and 2 <br />are included in the GMP: <br />a. Changes noted in Outfield Improvements ASI 1, dated August 23, 2004, 9 pages. <br />b. Change the simulated nominal plank width of the CL1 Rulon Endure Woodgrain ceilings <br />to 8". <br />c. Change the furniture specifications to provide Cohen Tables in lieu of Haworth Bong <br />Lidos and to provide the Zephyr ADA refrigerator in lieu of the Perlick ADA refrigerator. <br />25. The fixed audience seating work is not included in the Guaranteed Maximum Price. This work is <br />to be provided by the Owner.
