ORDINANCE NO. 76 yy_�� AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $11,000 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FOR THE 1982 SUMMER ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN -UP PROGRAM. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: It is the intent of the administration to administer a Summer Clean -up program for 1982 through the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office. CETA will pay personnel charges, but monies are needed for support services. Funds are available in the General Revenue Sharing Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the sum of $11,000 is hereby appropriated for the year 1982 from the Federal Assistance Grant, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
