(II) A Personnel Organization Chart for the present and <br />proposed calendar years shall be attached identifying <br />all positions, whether such positions are full or <br />part -time, and job duties for each position. <br />(III) If any positions are a result of reorganization re- <br />classification, or updating, iob descriptions since <br />or year's <br />ana <br />Sec. 2 -91 Ordinance Required for New Positions /Notification of <br />Reclassification. <br />(a) No position shall be created for any employee, whether full <br />or part -time, after the budget has been passed by the Common Council, <br />unless an Ordinance is ap ssed by the Common Council approving such <br />new position(s) and its funding source(s). The Mayor shall be res- <br />ponsible for filing such an ordinance for Council consideration. If <br />said position is created after the passage of the budget, and if an <br />ordinance as required by law has not been presented for Council con- <br />sideration, the Mayor shall be considered in violation of this section. <br />(b) The Mayor shall give written notice to all members of the <br />Common Council and its attorney of all employee reclassifications. <br />Reclassification, for purposes of this section, shall mean any position <br />whose duties, and /or title, and /or salary or waaes have been affected <br />ue to reorganiza <br />xDansion of positions.
