SUBSTITUTE BILL NO. 18 -82 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 7033 -7 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $120,447.00 <br />FROM THE PARKING METER FUND TO THE <br />PARKING GARAGE FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Since the Parking Garage Fund had a deficit <br />balance of $120,447.00 at the end of 1981, and funds are <br />available in the Parking Meter Fund to be transferred, <br />said funds should be transferred to reduce the deficit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. $120,447.00 is hereby transferred <br />from the Parking Meter Fund into the Parking Garage Fund. <br />SECTION II.
