Leszczynski <br />Director, Public Works September 20, 1982 <br />Members of the Common Council <br />441 County -City Building <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />Attention: Public Works Committee <br />Dear Councilmen: <br />(219) 284 -9251 <br />Attached is an ordinance requesting an appropriation of $1,220,375.00 <br />from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund to Project CS 820, <br />Rum Village Sewer Installation Project. This project entails the <br />installation of a storm water system and a sanitary sewer system on <br />Calvert Street and New Maple Road. These improvements are necessary <br />as a result of the proposed construction of the Ethanol Plant and <br />in order to encourage industrial and commercial development in the <br />Rum Village Industrial Park.
