ORDINANCE NO. % // 4/ <Pa <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,220,375.00 <br />FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND <br />SINKING FUND TO PROJECT CS 820, RUM <br />VILLAGE SEWER INSTALLATION PROJECT, <br />WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING <br />AND SINKING FUND <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />As a result of the proposed construction of the Ethanol Plant <br />and in order to encourage industrial and commercial development in the <br />Rum Village Industrial Park, the installation of a Storm Water System <br />and Sanitary Sewer System on Calvert Street and New Maple Road is <br />necessary. <br />Funds are now needed for the cost of these improvements. <br />These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and <br />Sinking Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br />and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br />Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
