<br />ensuring quality, production, and safety throughout the construction process. Shaun oversees

<br />is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule specifications.

<br />The Village at Federal Hill (Noblesville, IN):
<br />Shiel Sexton is providing OTR services with
<br />a focus on the parking garage portion of the
<br />development. The parking garage structure will
<br />be wrapped on four sides with street-level retail
<br />and upper-level market-rate apartments.
<br />Purdue University Gateway Complex: Dudley
<br />and Lambertus Hall (West Lafayette, IN): New
<br />construction of 250,000 SF facility to house
<br />project-based instructional space and teaching
<br />labs, design studios, collaborative spaces and
<br />administrative office space. This $108 million
<br />project links Purdue’s College of Engineering
<br />and the Polytechnic Institute to create a more
<br />collaborative environment. CM at Risk delivery.
<br />Hobbs Station Multi-Family (Plainfield, IN):
<br />A $84.3 million, 585,653 SF mixed-use with
<br />more than 300 apartment units and 30,000 SF
<br />of street-level retail space.
<br />University of Notre Dame Research Building
<br />II (Notre Dame, IN): New construction of
<br />a $109.5 million, 200,000 SF educational
<br />facility consisting of 110,000 SF of office and
<br />laboratory space.
<br />IMPD Northwest District Station (Indianapolis,
<br />IN): Shiel Sexton was Owner’s Rep for the
<br />development and new construction of a police
<br />department on the city’s northwest side.
<br />FIRM BACKGROUND, TEAM, & EXPERIENCE
<br />The general superintendent is in charge of overseeing projects and programs, ensuring operations
<br />adhere to standards and requirements throughout all phases from initial planning to completion.
<br />As general superintendent, he has oversight for the implementation of both federal and state
<br />OSHA regulations on the jobsite and enforcement of jobsite safety procedures in accordance
<br />with the company policy. Through effective leadership, Mike manages field leadership including
<br />superintendents, foreman and other site leads.

<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Relato Apartments (Bloomington, IN):
<br />Construction Manager as Constructor of a $45
<br />million, 327,676 SF mixed-use facility. The
<br />project includes 234 multifamily units with
<br />14,000 SF of retail space, which wraps a four-
<br />story precast parking garage.
<br />Bottleworks District (Indianapolis, IN):
<br />Redevelopment of the entertainment district
<br />includes new construction of five buildings
<br />and several interior build-outs. The structures
<br />consist of retail and office space, a parking
<br />garage, cinema build-out, and food hall.
<br />Hobbs Station Multi-Family (Plainfield, IN):
<br />A $84.3 million, 585,653 SF mixed-use with
<br />more than 300 apartment units and 30,000 SF
<br />of street-level retail space.
<br />The Ardmore (Indianapolis, IN): The new
<br />high-end mixed-use project was complete
<br />in October 2020 and features five stories of
<br />residential space with 135 apartments. The
<br />ground level includes 20,000 SF of retail
<br />space. The entire complex sits on top of a
<br />below-grade two-level parking structure that
<br />accommodates parking for 312 vehicles.
<br />The Farm/Sylo Apartments (Zionsville, IN):
<br />Construction of a $99 million, 500,000 SF
<br />mixed-use residential project comprising three
<br />separate residential buildings and premier
<br />amenities.
