<br />Chris has been with Shiel Sexton since 1992 leading some of the company’s largest and most
<br />complex projects. As project executive, Chris actively leads the project team from preconstruction
<br />through project closeout. During preconstruction, Chris ensures that estimates are thorough and
<br />the budget is compared to historical project cost data to provide accurate and reliable estimates.
<br />Chris possesses excellent skills at managing and controlling project cost while ensuring all project
<br />goals are accomplished.

<br />As director of preconstruction, Erick orchestrates and assembles the estimate, including all civil,
<br />structural, mechanical, and electrical information, prepare complete estimates and scope definition
<br />throughout the design process including deliverables during conceptual design, schematic design,
<br />design development, and construction document phases of the project. Erick also evaluates the
<br />cost impact of value engineering and constructability considerations.

<br />Wilma and Peter Veldman Family Psychology
<br />Clinic (Notre Dame, IN): A two-story, 35,000
<br />SF clinic that allows for expanded psychology
<br />services at University of Notre Dame.
<br />University of Notre Dame McCourtney Hall
<br />Research Complex Phase 1 (Notre Dame, IN):
<br />New construction of $76.4 million research
<br />complex including a 200,000 SF laboratory
<br />building and a 2,300 linear foot underground
<br />utility tunnel. Building earned LEED® Gold.
<br />University of Notre Dame Research Building
<br />II (Notre Dame, IN): New construction of
<br />a $109.5 million, 200,000 SF educational
<br />facility consisting of 110,000 SF of office and
<br />laboratory space.
<br />University of Notre Dame Baumer Hall (Notre
<br />Dame, IN): New construction of a $23.9 million
<br />residence hall totaling in 80,000 SF with
<br />amenities such as chapels, study areas, and a
<br />workout facility.
<br />University of Notre Dame Geddes Hall (Notre
<br />Dame, IN): $12.1 million, 64,000 SF facility
<br />housing the University’s Center for Social
<br />Concern. Includes multiple staff offices,
<br />student lounges, classrooms, study rooms, a
<br />chapel, and coffee house.

<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Ironworks at Keystone Village (Indianapolis,
<br />IN): A $30 million mixed-use development that
<br />includes the new construction of a five-story
<br />structure with first floor retail, apartments, and
<br />structure and surface parking.
<br />Bottleworks District (Indianapolis, IN):
<br />Redevelopment of the entertainment district
<br />includes new construction of five buildings
<br />and several interior build-outs. The structures
<br />consist of retail and office space, a parking
<br />garage, cinema build-out, and food hall.

<br />II (Notre Dame, IN): New construction of
<br />a $109.5 million, 200,000 SF educational
<br />facility consisting of 110,000 SF of office and
<br />laboratory space.
<br />Relato Apartments (Bloomington, IN):
<br />Construction Manager as Constructor of a $45
<br />million, 327,676 SF mixed-use facility. The
<br />project includes 234 multifamily units with
<br />14,000 SF of retail space, which wraps a four-
<br />story precast parking garage.
