The Housing Authority of South Bend owns and professionally manages family <br /> communities and elderly/disabled rental apartments. The apartments are located throughout the City of South Bend. The Housing Authority of <br /> Mishawaka owns and manages properties for families and elderly/disabled residents in the City of Mishawaka.
