NEW BUSINESS <br />a. continued... <br />for Monroe Park Associates wasn't certain that our legal description in our <br />original lease covered all of the property the Commission intended to lease. <br />This Addendum stipulates that we did, whether or not the original Lease says <br />so. The title company needs this document for the financing of the project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Addendum to Lease between <br />the South Bend Redevelopment. NEXT AUTHORITY MEETING <br />The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority is scheduled for Tuesday, <br />May 3, 1994 at 4:30 p.m. <br /> <br />
