Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Joseph Wroblewski South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />President <br />The April 19, 1994 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at <br />4:40 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: <br />Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre B. Gammage, Vice-President <br />Members Absent: <br />Legal Counsel: <br />Redevelopment Staff: <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Ms. Mary O. Ferlic, Secretary <br />Ms. Jenny Pitts Manier <br />Mrs . Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Martha Lantz, Recording Secretary <br />a. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Tuesday, March 29, 1994. <br />Mr. Wroblewski noted an error on page four of the Minutes which lists Mr. <br />Fewell as having seconded a motion. Ms. Ferlic seconded the motion. The <br />Minutes will be corrected to show that Ms. Ferlic seconded the motion. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Special <br />Meeting of March 29, 1994, as corrected. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authori~ approval requested for Addendum to Lease between the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authori~ and the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />(South Bend Central Development Area Public Improvement Project) (Monroe <br />Park Associates) <br />Mrs . Kolata explained that this Addendum to Lease clears up a technicality in <br />the Lease for the Briarwood apartment project in Monroe Park. The financier <br />-1- <br />
