STAFF REPORT <br />APC INITIATED November 5, 1982 <br />St. Joseph County #813 -82 <br />City of South Bend #814 -82 <br />The intent of these Ordinances is to amend the City and County <br />Zoning Ordinances to specify that the subdivision of land may occur in <br />all zoning districts. This is to satisfy a requirement of Public Law 211, <br />1982 regulating the subdivision approval process within the State. <br />
