ORDINANCE NO. 1139 -9a <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN IRA C. <br />MAST & SON INC., AND THE BOARD OF WATER WORKS <br />COMMISSIONERS IN THE AMOUNT OF $62,975.00 FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE INSTRUMENTATION ROOM AT <br />THE NORTH STATION. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />That bids being duly accepted and opened, approval of <br />the award of a contract in the amount of$62,975.00 to Ira <br />C. Mast & son Inc., the low bidder, is requested in order to <br />construct the instrumentation room at the North Station. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That a contract in the amount of $62,975.00 <br />between the Board of Water Works Commissioners and Ira C. Mast <br />& Son Inc., to construct the instrumentation room at the North <br />Station is hereby approved. <br />SECTION II.
