V-J--.P—q <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $68,000.00 FROM THE <br />CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO <br />PROJECT CS 825, DRAINAGE BASIN REPAIR PROJECT, <br />WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In the best interest of public health and safety, it is <br />necessary to repair and regrade the storm water basin in Crest Manor <br />and at the southwest corner of Ireland and Miami Streets. <br />Funds are now needed for the construction costs for these <br />repairs.
