NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Proposal from Peirce & <br />Associates for survey and engineering services in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (William Richardson Court extension and major <br />subdivision) <br />b. Authority approval requested for Proposal from Ken Herceg & Associates for <br />engineering services in the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Nimtz/Bendix intersection) <br />Item 3.b. was continued. <br />c. Authori~ approval reauested for Title Page for Blackthorn Coroorate Office <br />Park Major Subdivision. <br />• Mr. Riggs explained that the Title Page is part of a package that will be given <br />to the Area Plan Commission related to Blackthorn Corporate Office Park <br />Major Subdivision. This is the final stage in subdividing that land for <br />development. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Title Page for Blackthorn <br />Corporate Office Park Major Subdivision. <br />d. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 87 amending Declaration of <br />Protective and Restrictive Covenants of the Blackthorn Comorate Center and <br />Blackthorn Corporate Center Development Guidelines. <br />Mr. Riggs explained that the Commission and Authority approved covenants <br />for Blackthorron Corporate Center, establishing guidelines for development of <br />the park. The site for an anticipated hotel was not included in those <br />covenants. The Commission has just offered the hotel site .for sale. This <br />action includes the hotel site in Blackthorn Corporate Center and amends the <br />covenants adding a hotel as a permitted land use in Blackthorn. <br />. -2- <br />
