Approval of Minutes of the Special Meetine of Thursday, February 3. 1994. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, <br />unanimously carried, the Authority <br />Meeting of February 3, 1994. <br />3. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />approved the Minutes of the Special <br />a. Authority approval requested for Proposal from Peirce & Associates for survey <br />and end ~ services in the Aimort Economic Development Area. (William <br />Richardson Court extension and major subdivision) <br />Mr. Riggs explained that there are two components to this proposal: 1) survey <br />of land owned by the Redevelopment Authority in the Toll Road Industrial <br />Pazk and subdividing that land by extending William Richazdson Court; and 2) <br />the engineering services related to designing the extension of William <br />Richazdson Court. The Redevelopment Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Toll Road Industrial Pazk L. P. , affiliated with the Holladay <br />Corporation. The partnership will be building a 100,000 sq. ft. wazehouse on <br />a portion of one of the parcels the Redevelopment Authority owns. <br />• <br />
