ORDINANCE NO. 71 3 -,S,3 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $30,000.00 <br />FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND <br />COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE <br />SHARING FOR THE 1983 SUMMER CLEAN -UP. <br />TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Funds `'are needed to provide equipment and gasoline <br />for the 1983 Summer Clean -Up program. All of the personnel costs <br />will be funded through CETA. These funds are now available in <br />the Federal Assistance Grant. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $30,000.00 is hereby <br />appropriated for the year 1983 from the Federal Assistance Grant <br />Fund commonly referred to as the General Revenue Sharing Trust <br />Fund.
