ORDINANCE NO. %Z X X3 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN GATES CHEVY WORLD OF SOUTH BEND AND THE BOARD OF WATER WORKS COM- MISSIONERS IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,555.19 FOR THE RE- PLACEMENT OF TWO VEHICLES IN THE DISTRIBUTION DEPART- MENT AND ONE (1) IN THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT OF THE WATER WORKS. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: That' bids being duly accepted, opened and awarded by the Board of Water Works Commissioners, approval of the award of a contract in the amount of $19,555.19 to Gates Chevy World of South Bend is requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That a contract in the amount of $19,555.19 between the Board of Water Works Commissioners and Gates Chevy World of South Bend is hereby approved. SECTION II.
