Bill No. 16 -83 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 7 1-73-8' <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $52,500.00 TO THE BUREAU <br />OF SEWERS LINE ITEM 260 CONTRACTUAL SERVICES FROM <br />THE SEWAGE WORKS DEPRECIATION FUND FOR THE RENOVA- <br />TION OF MANHOLES. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Appropriations are needed in order to fund the renova- <br />tion of manholes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $52,500.00 is hereby appropriated <br />from the Sewage Works Depreciation Fund to the Bureau of <br />Sewers line item 260 Contractual Services in order to allow <br />the renovation of manholes. <br />SECTION II.
