In passing this ordinance we <br />are asking the Council to concur with the award action taken by <br />the Board of Water Works Commissioners. HRP was the low bidder <br />who met specifications and legal requirements for public bids <br />taken in this matter. <br />The 24" water line which is being relocated is part of the <br />Olive /Sample overpass project and must be completed prior to May <br />15, 1983.
