Bill No. 15 -83 <br />ORDINANCE NO. % 11 a - � 3 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN HRP <br />COMPANY AND THE BOARD OF WATER WORKS COMMISSION- <br />ERS IN THE AMOUNT OF $34,800.00 FOR THE RELOCA- <br />TION OF OLIVE STREET WATER MAINS. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />That bids being duly accepted an opened, approval of <br />the award of a contract in the amount of $34,800.00 to HRP <br />Company is requested in order to relocate Olive Street water <br />mains. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That a contract in the amount of $34,800.00 <br />between the Board of Water Works Commissioners and HRP Company, <br />1216 -18 W. Washington St., South Bend, Indiana, to relocate <br />Olive Street water mains is hereby approved. <br />SECTION II.
