Authority abnroval requested for Addendum to Sublease between the City of <br />South Bend Indiana Department of Redevelopment, and Monroe Park <br />Associates an Indiana Limited Partnershiy. (Monroe Park Apartments Project) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Tom McCalley was awarded property in Monroe Park <br />to construct an apartment complex. He has had some difficulty getting his <br />financing together, but has finally succeeded and has submitted a new project <br />schedule. This Addendum to the Sublease changes the project schedule to <br />begin construction before December 31, 1993 and complete construction by the <br />end of 1994. <br />• Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Addendum to Sublease <br />between the City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment, and <br />Monroe Park Associates, an Indiana Limited Partnership. (Monroe Park <br />Apartments Project) <br />c. Authority approval reauested for Equipment Purchase Agreement with <br />Ameritech related to Blackthorn Golf Course. (telephones) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this is a proposal to install telephone equipment <br />into the Clubhouse at Blackthorn Golf Course. The Purchase Agreement is in <br />the amount of $2,375.98. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Equipment Purchase <br />Agreement with Ameritech in the amount of $2,375.98. <br />d. Authority avnroval requested for Equipment Purchase Agreement with <br />Treeforms, Inc. related to Blackthorn Golf Course. (lockers) <br />Item 3. d. was postponed. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
