Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />The December 22, 1993 Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order <br />at 4:04 by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre B, Gammage, Vice-President <br />Donald K. Fewell, Secretary <br />Ms. Jenny Pitts Manier <br />Mrs . Ann Kolata, Director <br />Ms. Martha Lantz, Recording Secretary <br />a. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Thursday. December 2, 1993. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of Thursday, December 2, 1993. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval reauested for Certificate of Completion for propertv in the <br />A~port Economic Development Area. (Gainey Realty & Investments) <br />Ms. Kolata noted that Gainey Realty & Investments purchased a small piece of <br />property from the Authority in the Toll Road .Industrial Park, adjacent to land <br />they akeady owned for the purpose of building an office building for their <br />business. They have completed their project and we want to issue them a <br />Certificate of Completion. The Redevelopment Commission has already <br />approved the Certificate of Completion. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanumously carried the Authority approved the Certificate of Completion for <br /> <br />-1- <br />
