This <br />account would be used for security and intelligence equipment which <br />the Administration and Finance Department determines is necessary for <br />safe operation of the government of the City. Currently there is not <br />a specific account from which such purchases can be made; however, as <br />part of the normal operation of the City government, certain pur- <br />chases become necessary from time to time to maintain security.
