CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />STUDEBAKER NATIONAL MUSEUM <br />SKYLIGHT REPLACEMENT SCHEDULE OF VALUES 01370-1 <br />SECTION 01370 - SCHEDULE OF VALUES <br /> <br />A. General <br /> <br />1. Summary: Provide a complete Schedule of Values, outlining the costs of various portions of <br />the work. Schedule of Values shall be completed on AIA Document G703. This document <br />shall be used as an application and certificate for payment. With prior approval, the <br />Contractor may submit Schedule of Values on an alternative form. <br /> <br />2. Content: <br /> <br />a. Classification of items shall generally follow the major components, in the order <br />outlined, in the Table of Contents of the Specifications. For each item, provide a <br />separate material and labor cost. Each listed item shall include a proportional <br />amount of subcontractor and prime contractor overhead and profit. <br /> <br />b. The sum of the above values shall equal the total contract amount. These amounts <br />will be updated as the work is completed with each application for payment. <br /> <br /> 3. Submittal: <br /> <br />a. Submit three (3) copies of the Schedule of Values within seven (7) days after the <br />contract for the work is awarded. The Contractor shall make any changes <br />requested by the Architect or Owner within five (5) days after receiving comments. <br /> <br />b. Applications for payment shall be submitted in accordance with General Conditions. <br /> <br />c. If the Architect or Owner requires, provide substantiating data justifying line item <br />amounts in the Schedule of Values. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION 01370 <br />
