NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />d. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved Resolution No. 82 approving the Transfer of Real Property to <br />Gainey Realty and Investments Corp. in the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />e. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 83 approving the execution of an <br />Addendum to the Lease for the Airoort Economic Development Area Taxable and Public <br />Improvement Project. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. 83 amends the lease for the Airport <br />Economic Development Area bond to take that land sold to Gainey Realty and. <br />Investment out of the lease. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved Resolution No. 83 approving the execution of an Addendum to <br />• the Lease for the Airport Economic Development Area Taxable and Public Improvement <br />Project. <br />4.
